In this playful yoga class designed for elementary school-aged children, children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and give children the tools to manage stress in their daily lives. Games, stories, and music will be incorporated into this fun, non-competitive class.  Each class ends with a period of relaxation. Children should bring their own yoga mat and water bottle to class.

Always wanted to try yoga, but too nervous, because you aren’t “flexible”?

Or maybe, you work-out, but your focus has never been on flexibility, but rather, strength, we understand, but, yoga is actually both.

Whether you are training for an endurance race (aahhemm attention marathoners), looking to supplement your cardio routine (spinning or kickboxing), or interested in some cross-training from your Cross Fit routine, this class is perfect for you.

Check this out, our Yoga for Athletes class, including Ball Rolling, will take you through a series of highly effective strengthening and stretching exercises that are key to the demands of athletes, no matter what sport you are involved in.

Be prepared to feel like you just walked out of a SPA!

SPA yoga is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience.

By engaging all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (there might be chocolate! hint hint), SPA aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation.

The physical practice takes time to open the body’s subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness in an extended, guided savasana.

During SPA, you may discover extra hands on assists and massages using essentials oils, along with a calming candlelit room atmosphere, delightful scents and beautiful music in the background.

Essential oils can be used to awaken and invigorate the senses and they are a compliment to a whole life and support our bodies systems, ground our emotions, and enhance our immune system so we can be healthy, active and live abundantly in health and wealth. Oils have been used for centuries to enhance health.

Join Lauren for this workshop, which incorporates SPA yoga, along with essential oil.

Each workshop attendee will have a chance to create their own blend of essential oil and leave with a 10 ml roller ball of your own custom creation!

This class will be laid back, and all levels to make yoga accessible for the whole family. Yoga is a great activity that you can do with your child!

Let the whole family join on the fun!

We will begin with learning and understanding the fundamentals of breath and postures.

There will also be time to play fun and games, and we will end class with a community closing.



Balance is essential to all things. Cultivating a sense of ease, while also feeling rooted, and stable is a delicate energy that is often in flux and changing.

Join me as I guides you through a workshop style balance practice. We will begin with a moderate paced Vinyasa flow to cultivate movement and strength, followed by a restorative practice with more nurturing poses to give extra attention to breath and mindfulness and to welcome in transformation, softening, and letting go.

During the restorative portion of the class, extra props will be used, including blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps, and hands on assists to help deepen the poses that are being held. A blend of essentials oils will also be offered to awaken the sense of smell.

EvenFlow is perfect for restoring a sense of balance, peace and well-being to the body, mind and spirit.

During the seasonal transitions it is important to take time to be mindful and being present, to ask questions like "What do I need to release? What are my burdens?" As we watch the earth change around us, the nature constantly reminds us to keep changing, to not allow ourselves to become stagnant. Don't let its significance pass you by.

 It's easy, in our loud, busy world, to allow that to happen. By reconnecting with the seasons, you'll find yourself renewed and reborn each year, better and better than you were before.

Join Lauren as she guides you through a workshop style practice, beginning with a moderate paced Vinyasa mandala flow to cultivate movement and strength, followed by restorative postures and a meditation to look inward.

A blend of essentials oils will also be offered to awaken the sense of smell, and to go along with hands on adjustments and assists.
